Haley is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. As a senior project associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE), she has worked on projects focused on selection, assessment, and strategic planning, with an emphasis on developing situational judgment tests and supporting selection processes.

Haley is particularly interested in compensation and people analytics, and she thrives when collaborating with teams to solve problems while ensuring attention to detail and high-quality outcomes.

Before MTSU, Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences from the University of Missouri, where she completed an Honors thesis and a summer research program in the Personality and Emotion Lab.
