Meet the COHRE Staff – Allie Carlsen

Allie Carlsen

Training, Job Analysis, and Organizational Health
Allie is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program and project associate at COHRE assisting primarily with the Peace Officer Standards Training Project. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.
Prior to COHRE, she held a research assistant position in the PAVES Lab (Preventing Aggression and Victimization through Evidence-Based Strategies). Allie has also served as a project manager for the Online Behavior and Mental Health project in the PAVES lab. She is interested in occupational health, specifically the dynamics of workplace harassment and the impact of leadership styles on employee retention.
