Kaitlyn is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is presently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness. Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville (UTK) in May 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology.

During her undergraduate experience, she assisted in research for the Social Perception and Cognition psychology lab, focusing on anger bias in crowds.
