Madeline is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She is currently a project associate at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina in December 2024, where she also minored in Business Administration and Counselor Education.
During her undergraduate career, Madeline gained experience in organizational leadership and culture as the principal executive officer of a large campus organization. This sparked her interest in organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and change management. Madeline is particularly passionate about aligning employee strengths with organizational culture to support engagement and effectiveness.
