Rachel is currently a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness, and has been assisting on selection and promotion projects for both the Tennessee Highway Patrol and Murfreesboro Police Department. She has also been assisting with a project for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, where she helped with conducting focus group interviews and developing a selection assessment. 

Rachel graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. At UTK, she held a research assistant position in a social psychology lab studying topics such as agency and communality in motivation to lead theories. Additionally, Rachel held an internship in Human Resources where she learned recruiting processes and gained a foundation in HR skills.
