Rachel is a first year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program and project associate at COHRE. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. At UTK, she held a research assistant position in a social psychology lab studying topics such as agency and communality in motivation to lead theories.

Prior to COHRE, she was involved in SHRM and held an internship in Human Resources where she learned recruiting processes and gained a foundation in HR skills. Rachel is interested in occupational health, specifically how stress and burnout affect employee well-being and motivation.
