Sarah is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She currently works as a project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in Spanish for the Professions and Speech and Hearing Sciences. Prior to COHRE, Sarah worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm in Nashville, supporting high-volume litigation attorneys with medical record acquisition.
