Kendra is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness and has been assisting with the Murfreesboro Police Department Promotional Processes.

Prior to COHRE, Kendra held two human resource internships at Geodis Logistics. During these internships, she created an onboarding playbook for the new recruiters and made presentations for the company’s clients presenting them with wage compensation and premium pay data.

Kendra graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Spring 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. During her time there she was a teaching assistant for the Introduction to Psychology Statistics course and was involved in various organizations both on and off campus.
