McKenzie is currently a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness, and has been assisting on selection and promotion projects for the Tennessee Highway Patrol.  

McKenzie graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in May 2023, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a concentration in Healthcare. During her undergrad experience, she assisted in research for the I-O program at UTC on studies related to occupational health.

McKenzie was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and is excited to be back and a part of the work she is passionate about.
