Bridget is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She currently works as a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in I/O Psychology with a minor in Economics from Middle Tennessee State University. Before graduate school, Bridget worked in recruiting and human resources for both a nonprofit organization and a federal contracting company specializing in geospatial intelligence.
