Haley is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology master’s
program at Middle Tennessee State University and works as a project associate at the Center of Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE).

Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences, with minors in chemistry and sociology, and an Honors certificate from the University of Missouri in May 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an Honors thesis and a Cherng Summer Scholar research project in the Personality and Emotion Lab.

Haley looks forward to gaining new applied experiences in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
through COHRE and deepening her knowledge in the psychological sciences.
