Kolbe Sanders
Master’s Student & Senior Project Associate

Compensation, Organizational Development and Change, and Training
Kolbe is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at Middle Tennessee State University. He is currently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness and assists on Murfreesboro Police Department Promotional Processes and various other projects.
Kolbe graduated from Cumberland University in 2021. Prior to COHRE, Kolbe worked in recruiting and providing ABA therapy. He intends to graduate from MTSU in December 2024.
