McKenzie Forsee

McKenzie is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a senior project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource effectiveness and is assisting on the Peace Officer Standards Training project.   

Prior to COHRE, McKenzie held two Human Resource internships. This allowed her to gain experience with recruitment and on-boarding, compensation, and employee wellness programs. Major projects included leading and developing new training programs, implementing and maintaining company wellness programs, and developing new recruitment material.   

McKenzie received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Spring 2023, minoring in business administration. She was involved on campus as a peer tutor at the Vol Study Center. In addition, she worked as an undergraduate research assistant for the psychology department on a study examining how shared experiences influence feelings, emotions, and beliefs.
