Meet the COHRE Staff – Meagan Phimmasone

Meagan is a second-year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a Senior Project Associate with the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). She has assisted on several projects including selection and performance management for the Tennessee Highway Patrol, as well as selection and training for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.

Meagan earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024. As an undergraduate, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with COHRE, primarily assisting on the Peace Officer Standards and Training project and Tennessee Highway Patrol’s promotional process.
