Meagan is a first-year graduate student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology’s master’s program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She is currently a project associate for the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE) and has assisted on various projects including job analysis, selection, promotion, and training for Tennessee law enforcement.  

Meagan graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from MTSU in May 2024. During her undergrad, she was able to gain hands-on experience while working for COHRE, where she mostly assisted on the Peace Officer Standards Training project.
